Unless you’re planning to own an electric vehicle, you’ll need to spend money on petrol. So, why not get the best of it with a Shell BonusLink petrol loyalty reward card? And, if you drive a lot for work or in general, we suggest earning back a bit of money on the cost of refuelling. Lagi pun, it’s free, you don’t have to pay any registration fees.

What's covered in this article?

But, wait. Are you aware of Shell BonusLink’s earnings ratio and perks?

What's the earning ratio? 1 litre of fuel = 1 point

1 litre of V-Power Racing = 1.25 points

RM1 spent on Shell SELECT, deli2go and Costa Coffee = 1 point

BONUS:
  • Earn 25 points when you pump 125-250 litres/month
  • Earn 75 points when you pump 251-500 litres/month
  • Earn 150 points when you pump >500 litres/month

What's the redemption ratio?

For every 100 points = RM1

Can you use the card to collect/redeem points elsewhere?

Besides using the point to offset fuel purchase at Shell and items like snacks, coffee & groceries at Shell SELECT, you can also redeem gadgets, F&B and more on BonusLink's catalogue.

Will the points accumulated expire?

YES, the BonusLink Points are valid for 3 years. After the 36th month, Points will expire on a monthly, 'first in first out' basis.

Every little point counts. So, can Shell BonusLink give you the best overall value out of your bucks?

What’s great about Shell BonusLink is that it gives you a more wholesome value, something that isn’t just limited to refuelling, as well as transactions performed at the petrol station.

Hear us out. On the first look, Shell BonusLink points collected may look little. However, Shell does have a leg up for its bonus points whenever you pump above 125 litres of Shell fuels per month. This is excellent if your car requires a high amount of fuel.

To add, considering the quick redemption rate of 100 points for an RM1 worth of fuel or on Shell SELECT/deli2go items, you can make your first redemption in a few weeks.

Even better, Shell is also running a limited-time incentive from 1 November to 31 December 2021, where for 200 standard BonusLink Points - collected in a month, you’ll be rewarded with an RM5 Shell voucher on the BLINK app.

“How do I collect these 200 standard BonusLink Points?”

There are many ways to grab those points fast. Here are some suggestions for you:

Again, these are just some rough ideas on how to collect 200 standard BonusLink points within a month at Shell Petrol Station so that you can enjoy the RM5 Shell voucher reward. You’re free to mix and match your items however you see fit.

That aside, for more great rewards, you’re also given the flexibility to earn and redeem points from other BonusLink partners like KK Mart, Ambank, Agoda and Parkson, just to name a few or other items from BonusLink’s catalogue.

And, if you haven’t, don’t forget to download the BLINK app. Use referral code:  B214419233 to register to get yourself an extra 100 points and another RM4 Shell voucher. Don’t say we bojio kay.
