So you’ve been house hunting because you’re about to start a family or perhaps you want to upgrade because your family is growing. We’re pretty sure you have loads of things to consider like how big the house should be, whether there are nearby nursery/schools, what the neighbourhood is like and most importantly - “can I afford the house?”.

Yes, looking for an ‘affordable’ home in the Klang Valley that fits your need isn’t easy. It’s similar to searching for the perfect char kuey teow in KL - life is tough. Long story short, to help you with your hunting, Loanstreet did some research on family-friendly homes that are 'affordably' priced below RM600,000. 

Below are the top 7 developments that offer a convenient and secure environment for you and your family to grow together.
 

1. BSP 21, Bandar Saujana Putra 

Located within Bandar Saujana Putra (BSP), Jenjarom, BSP 21 is an award-winning service residence that is able to cater to all walks of life. We recommend you to take a look at Type A4, which has a built-up size of 1,102 sf. It features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms - definitely well-suited for young parents. With over 70 facilities i.e. mini playground, treehouse, swimming pool, jogging track and more, we’re pretty sure you and your family will have lots of good leisure time.



You also don’t have to worry about the amenities because it’s surrounded by commercial hubs, hospitals, shopping centres and hypermarkets. However, public transport isn’t easily available here - not an ideal area for those who often commute via public transport.
